The renowned Zeus commanded the creation of the first woman, which is depicted in this large Pandora Statue from Borderstone. This depiction shows a young woman tightly embracing her robes and carrying an enigmatic expression, likely aware of the distress she'd caused the world by releasing the evils from her jar (or later translated as box).
